Seoul Works ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile application K-Tarot: Seoul Cards (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

K-Tarot: Seoul Cards is designed to respect your privacy. We do not operate any servers and do not collect personal data on our own systems.

2.1 Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The following information is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us:

• Your tarot reading history (a limited number of most recent readings, stored locally)
• Selected cards and reading interpretations
• Daily card selection state
• Purchase status (whether you own the Founder's Pack)
• Reward token state (from optional rewarded ads)
• App preferences and settings

This data stays on your device. If you uninstall the App, this data is deleted.

2.2 Information Handled by Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect or process limited information:

Google AdMob (Advertising)

For free users, we display banner advertisements and optional rewarded video advertisements through Google AdMob. In accordance with Google Mobile Ads SDK disclosures, AdMob may collect or process the following:

• Device and account identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID (AAID) where available
• IP address, which may be used to estimate your general (country/region-level) location
• Approximate device information (device model, OS version, language, screen size)
• App and ad interaction information, such as app launches, ad impressions, clicks/taps, and rewarded video views
• Diagnostic and performance information related to the App and the ads SDK (e.g., crashes, latency)

Google AdMob's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy

Founder's Pack users do not see advertisements. Where technically possible, the App avoids requesting or displaying AdMob ads for users who have an active Founder's Pack entitlement.

Advertising Consent (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

Where required by law (including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland), users may be asked to provide consent before personalized advertisements are shown. Specifically:

• The App uses Google's consent tools (such as the User Messaging Platform) or another Google-certified consent management platform where required.
• You may be presented with a consent dialog on first launch or when entering ad-supported parts of the App.
• You may update or withdraw your advertising consent choices through the App's privacy options where available, your device's Google advertising settings, or Google's Ads Settings page at adssettings.google.com.
• If you decline personalized ads, non-personalized ads may still be shown to support the free version of the App.

Google Play Billing (In-App Purchases)

When you purchase the Founder's Pack ($3.99 one-time purchase), the transaction is processed by Google Play Billing. Google handles all payment information directly — we never see or store your payment details.

Google Play's billing practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy

We only receive a confirmation that the purchase succeeded, which we store locally on your device.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

To be clear, we do not collect:

• Your name
• Your email address (unless you contact us directly)
• Your phone number
• Your precise location (GPS)
• Your contacts, photos, or other device content
• Your payment information
• Any account credentials (the App does not require an account)
• Any analytics or behavioral tracking on our own servers

4. How Information Is Used

• Local data: Used solely to provide App functionality (showing reading history, remembering purchases, etc.).
• AdMob data: Used by Google to serve relevant advertisements and measure ad performance.
• Google Play Billing data: Used by Google to process your purchase.

We do not sell or share information about you with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes beyond the AdMob integration described above.

5. Children's Privacy

K-Tarot: Seoul Cards is intended for users aged 13 and older. The App is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 should not use the App.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently received information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to address it.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations applicable to children's privacy.

6. Your Rights

6.1 General Rights

You have the right to:

• Stop data sharing: Uninstall the App at any time. All locally stored data will be removed.
• Reset advertising ID: Reset or delete your Android Advertising ID in your device settings.
• Opt out of personalized ads: Adjust Google Ads settings at adssettings.google.com.

6.2 European Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:

• The right to access information about data processing
• The right to request deletion of personal data
• The right to object to processing
• The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Because we do not collect or store personal data on our own systems, requests regarding data we control are limited. For data handled by Google (AdMob, Play Billing), please contact Google directly or use the controls described above.

6.3 California Users (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including:

• The right to know what personal information is collected
• The right to request deletion
• The right to opt out of the "sale" of personal information

We do not sell personal information. For data handled by Google, please refer to Google's privacy controls.

7. Data Security

Data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's built-in security (lock screen, encryption, etc.).

For data handled by third parties (Google AdMob, Google Play Billing), security is governed by their respective policies.

8. International Users

The App is available worldwide. Seoul Works is based in South Korea. By using the App, you understand that the App is developed and maintained from South Korea.

Google AdMob and Google Play Billing may process data in various jurisdictions in accordance with Google's privacy practices.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

For significant changes, we may also notify users through an in-app notice or by updating the App listing on Google Play.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
