Welcome to K-Tarot: Seoul Cards ("the App"), operated by Seoul Works ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
K-Tarot: Seoul Cards is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

Upon purchase of the Founder's Pack, the following benefits are provided immediately in the current version of the App:

One future reading is committed to existing Founder's Pack holders:
No specific release date or version is guaranteed for the Celtic Cross spread. The commitment is limited to the no-extra-cost access described above — not to any particular timing. Any other future content is described separately in §3.7 and is not a commitment.

If you lose access (e.g., after reinstalling the App or switching devices), you can restore your Founder's Pack through the App's "Restore Purchases" option using the same Google account.
Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy. For refund requests:

Apart from the committed benefit in §3.2, the following are not part of the current Founder's Pack and are provided, if at all, on a best-effort basis without guarantee:
Bottom line: The Founder's Pack is a one-time $3.99 purchase. Evaluate it based on the immediate benefits in §3.1 only. All other content, including future versions and "Coming Soon" features, is offered on a best-effort basis without guarantee.
For free users, the App offers optional rewarded video advertisements that grant a one-time access token for a specific premium spread.

is owned by Seoul Works or licensed to Seoul Works and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Founder's Pack users may save card artwork images to their device for personal, non-commercial use only. You may share these images on personal social media but may not:
The App incorporates traditional Korean cultural motifs (e.g., hanbok, traditional symbols, Seoul landmarks) reinterpreted through original artwork. These motifs themselves are part of shared cultural heritage; only our specific artistic interpretation is proprietary.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Card interpretations are fictional and for entertainment. We make no warranty regarding their applicability to your life.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seoul Works shall not be liable for:
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes, but we are not obligated to maintain any specific feature indefinitely.
Features described as "Coming Soon" or "Planned" are generally aspirational and not guaranteed, and Seoul Works does not commit to a release date, scope, or inclusion of any specific future feature. The one exception is the no-extra-cost access to the Celtic Cross spread for existing Founder's Pack holders described in §3.2. See §3.2 for the committed Founder benefit and §3.7 for other features that are not included.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. In the case of termination, your local data will remain unless you uninstall the App, but we may revoke entitlements if abuse is detected.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle information. Please review it at: Privacy Policy
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For users in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
We encourage you to contact us first at seoulworks.kr@gmail.com to resolve any disputes informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea, subject to applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users (e.g., via the App listing or an in-app notice).
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
